I want to give a huge shout out to these girls today. Three are in their 50s and one in her late 40s yet train just as hard if not harder than girls half their ages (like the two gorgeous girls in their 20s with them). All of these girls have only made exercise and healthy eating part of their lifestyle over the last few years and are now leaner, fitter and stronger than they’ve ever been.
Here’s what Lesley (53) has to say about her training:
“I started training with Cathy at the ripe old of age of 51 after watching my daughters’ transformations. I hadn’t exercised in years, couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs without puffing and had high blood pressure. Nearly two years later, I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been thanks to Cathy’s encouragement and training regime. I never thought I would say I enjoy going to the gym but it’s become second nature now. She mixes it up which makes working out fun rather than a chore!!”
Don’t put it off any longer folks. I train people in their 50s and a number in their 60s. They are vibrant and fit and I love seeing them surprise themselves time and again with how strong they really are!
Age is just a number – not an excuse to give up on life.
