I LOVE firsts! The first of the week, the first of the month, the first of the year. They are natural moments in time when we get to consider where we are at, determine if that is where we want to stay and decide to either keep going or to re-adjust our direction.
Obviously with my working in the health and fitness industry, training and nutrition immediately jumps to mind . HOWEVER, as much as these things are important, I’ve realised over the years that I am not really a “purist” gym coach. Don’t get me wrong, I think that EVERYONE should be exercising, however I find that the more I hear my clients’ stories, the more passionate I become about seeing them succeed in EVERY area of their lives outside of the gym – and this passion is what is driving my next stage of life. I’m refining my focus more into learning how I can encourage, empower and cheer other women on to live their very best lives possible.
